IT Consulting

The first step: Analyze your status quo

First, it is important for us to understand your company and how you work. What is important to you from an IT or management perspective? What is important to your employees and customers? In most cases, the existing IT landscape has grown organically. Employees become accustomed to existing structures, workarounds have been implemented and proven themselves. However, when the existing IT infrastructure no longer meets requirements or new challenges can no longer be optimally addressed, an unbiased outside perspective often helps.

Our customers from a wide range of industries have approached us with a variety of wishes and requirements. This means we can usually quickly understand your needs and offer appropriate solutions. It doesn't always have to be completely new software; sometimes smaller adjustments, integrations, or enhancements to your infrastructure can have a big impact.

    What do you really need?

The IT landscape is developing rapidly, making it difficult to keep track of all the new software solutions and interfaces. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can work with you to define and prioritize your requirements as part of our IT consulting services. With such a wide range of tools and applications available, it is often difficult to decide on the optimal solution. We support you in your cost-benefit considerations. Should you switch to a completely new system, or would it perhaps be sufficient to make minor enhancements or integrate existing systems? We are happy to support and advise you in these considerations.

     The requirements definition

Knowing the requirements and then defining and formulating them is often the biggest hurdle. Upon request, we are not only available for IT consulting, but also support you in defining your requirements. Together, we develop a document (high-level design) that is essential for the successful launch of a project. Only when the needs and requirements have been clearly defined can the project be successfully launched or an individual software solution developed.

The implementation of the IT projects

Our preferred working method is agile. This allows us to provide you with a minimum viable product (MVP) relatively quickly, which is then gradually adapted, expanded, and optimized in close consultation with you. The aim of this approach is to ensure that you can quickly and at any time use a functioning application or software that, upon completion of the project, meets the requirements that effectively support your work process.
