When it comes to files transfer, SharePoint offers only sending a link to their location on the platform. It is convenient if the exchange of documents is made between two users. If the client which we want to send files to has access to the company intranet, there is no problem. However, this is not often encountered. That’s why the process looks as follows – the selected document is saved on the computer disk, searched in the downloads folder, attached to the email and finally sent.
